Salah satu metode paling efisien untuk mendeteksi cacat permukaan dan dekat permukaan pada komponen logam adalah Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)\u2014teknik yang luas digunakan dalam bidang Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apa itu Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Magnetic Particle Inspection adalah metode pengujian non-destruktif yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi retak, sambungan, inklusi, atau ketidaksempurnaan lainnya pada bahan feromagnetik seperti besi, nikel, kobalt, dan beberapa paduan mereka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teknik ini bekerja dengan cara menginduksi medan magnet ke dalam komponen. Jika terdapat cacat, cacat tersebut mengganggu medan magnet, menyebabkan medan bocor.
